RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION:
50% deposit is due within 10 days of making the reservation.Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION:
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs 60 days or less prior to arrival; during holiday weeks, 90 days prior to arrival.If space can be rebooked for exact rental dates a $100.00 service fee will be deducted and deposit refunded.
